Aggiornamento PlayStation Store del 28 Luglio 2010

Chi ha già aggiornato la propria PlayStation 3 con il Firmware 3.41 (disponibile da ieri) avrà probabilmente notato che sullo Store c’è qualcosa di nuovo. Nella scheda descrittiva dei titoli è stata aggiunta una sezione “Potrebbe piacerti” che presto (entro fine luglio) elencherà una lista di titoli giudicati simili sulla base degli acquisti di altri utenti: un sistema di raccomandazione che promette di farvi scoprire giochi che finora vi sono sfuggiti ma potrebbero davvero piacervi.

Per quanto riguarda l’aggiornamento dei contenuti, salutiamo il ritorno di un classico che ha fatto la sua comparsa su PlayStation nel lontano 1995: Earthworm Jim HD. Come suggerisce la sigla HD si tratta di un remake che oltre ad aggiungere il bonus indiscutibile della grafica in alta risoluzione, presenta anche nuovi livelli e una modalità multiplayer. Un rilancio in grande stile che merita decisamente una certa considerazione.

Rimanendo in tema di nostalgia, abbiamo due nuovi classici PSone in catalogo: Pong e Rayman 2: The Great Escape. So che molti di voi si chiedevano quando sarebbe sbarcato sullo store Rayman 2 e ora possiamo finalmente dare una risposta: scaricatelo e combattete i pirati insieme al mitico Rayman! Pong è ovviamente un gioco che ovviamente non ha bisogno di presentazioni. Questa versione venne pubblicata originariamente nel 1995 e arricchisce l’ultra-classico gameplay con grafica 3D e una serie di power-up.

Per quanto riguarda PSP richiamo la vostra attenzione sui due nuovi giochi della serie di Harry Potter che fanno il loro ingresso in catalogo, sui nuovi titoli della gamma Essentials e su tre nuovi minis.
